Hi zusammen,

mir ist nun mehrmals aufgefallen, dass bei mir ein Prozess startet welcher sich "helpsvc.exe" schimpft. Dieser Prozess verursacht eine hohe CPU auslastung und einen hohen Festplatten zugriff. Sobald ich diesen Prozess beende geht die CPU Last runter und das HDD LED hört das leuchten auf.

dort ist beschrieben, was es ist, und in mindestens 5 der threads werden lösungsvorschläge angeboten, von dienst deaktivieren über die diagnose mittels hijackthis bis hotfix einspielen.
