Hallo,

ich hab in Java das Geburtsdatum eines Users im Date Format (z.B "Sun Sep 28 18:12:10 CET 1969") und muss anhand dessen das Alter ausrechnen. Wie mach ich das am besten?

2. Datum in Millisekunden umwandeln

3. Millisekunden von aktueller Zeit abziehen

4. Ergebnis = Alter in Millisekunden

5. Millisekunden in Tage, Jahre, whatever umwandeln
