probiers mal bei der amerikanischen botschaft, einfach mal anrufen und fragen, wo du dich erkundigen könntest.

dann gibt es noch den daad (deutscher akademischer austausch dienst), die sind zwar eher für studenten und so da, können dir aber sicherlich ansprechpartner nennen.

in köln gibt es ein amerikahaus, da gibt es auch büchereien und verzeichnisdienste.

setz dich einfach mal ans telefon, fragen kostet nix, und wenn du 5 mal die falschen gefragt hat, erwischt du beim 6ten mal vielleicht den richtigen.
