Hallo!

Meine Mutter guckt regelmäßig Filme im Internet. Seit einigen Tagen gibt es da jedoch Probleme. Der Film hackt immer. Nach ein paar Sekunden Puffert der Windows Media Player immer.Das war früher nicht so. Das einzige was ich geändert habe, ist das sie jetzt nicht mehr DSL3000 sondern DSL6000 hat. Kann das daran liegen? Wenn ja wie kann man das abstellen?

Meine Mutter hat Windows XP Home und den Windows Media Player 11.

Leider ist das ganze kein deutsches Fernseh. Falls ich wichtige Informationen vergessen habe, werde ich die schnellstmöglich nachreichen.
