Win2k3 server problem mit scripts

Hi.

Ich habe einen win 2k3 server aufgesetzt auf dem dhcp, dateiserver und domaincontroller läuft.

nun habe ich 2 ordner freigegeben. einmal einen "FTP" wo alle user drauf zugreifen können.

Dann habe ich noch einen C:\home\%username% freigegeben, wobei nur der ordner home frei ist. dieser order soll beim anmelden an windows als netzlaufwerk eingebunden werden. ich habe es mit einem logonscript geschafft, nur leider funktioniert es nicht so einfach wie ich mir das vorstelle.

falls der user sic das erste mal anmeldet und der ordner nicht existiert, soll der ordner automatisch erstellt werden. wie kann ich das einstellen? oder geht das nicht so?
