Hab da nen mittelschweres Problem. Hab hier in der Firma nen OTRS Ticket-System laufen, doch bei Benachrichtigungen sendet mir Sendmail die Nachrichten nen bisschen "kastriert"

Der filtert alle Sonderzeichen raus, sprich ö ä ü usw...

sendmail.cf hab ich folgendes eingetragen:

# default character set

O DefaultCharSet=iso-8859-1

dasselbe problem besteht aber auch bei utf8...weiss da jemand was?

Du meinst also doch am OTRS?

Das ist komisch denn im OTRS haben alle Mails/Tickets usw. Umlaute drin und kommen auch mit Umlauten an...nur gehen ohne Umlaute raus, deswegen dachte ich an den MTA
