Habe Vista - Home - Premium und bei der Installation von DotNetNuke stürzt irgendwann der IIS Worker Process ab und dann anschließend beendet sich die DotNetNuke installation. Noch zur Info ich benutze InternetInformationServer 7

Das ist übrigens die genaue Meldung:

IIS Worker Process wurde beendet und geschlossen.

Die Anwendung wird aufgrund eines Problems nicht mehr richtig ausgeführt. Sie erhalten Nachricht, wenn eine Lösung verfügbar ist.
