Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein Netzwerkproblem bei einem Laptop.

Das Ausgangsproblem war, dass ich keine Internetverbindung mehr herstellen konnte.

Beim Test "ping 127.0.0.1" kam dann folgende Fehlermeldung:

"Keine Verbindung zum TCP/IP-Treiber. Fehlercode 2"

Auch bei "LAN-Verbindung reparieren" kommt die Fehlermeldung, dass IP-Einstellungen nicht gefunden werden konnten.

Was kann ich tun, bzw. gibt es die Möglichkeit, das TCP/IP Protokoll neu zu installieren, bevor ich komplett Windows neu aufsetze?
