gibt es eine Möglichkeit ein Video in Windows Mediaplayer Format von einer Homepage herunter zu laden?

Ja, es gibt eine Möglichkeit.

Länger ausgedrückt (und wahrscheinlich so wie Du es haben möchtest ;) ): wenn das Video direkt eingebunden ist kannst Du dir den Quelltext anzeigen lassen (geht mit jedem Browser), dort dann den Dateinamen und Serverpfad suchen und in einen Downloadmanager deiner Wahl einfügen (z.B. GetRight o.ä.).

Wende dich an den Rechteinhaber.
