Hallo.

Bei mir inne Firma sind jetzt mehrere 300 GB-IDE-Platten, die als Notfallreserve gedacht waren, "hinten raus" gefallen.

Gibts da eine bezahlbare Möglichkeit, da ca. 1 Dutzend IDE-Platten zu einem "Bündel" zu schnüren, z.B. via USB

sollte nach Möglichkeit plattform-unabhängig sein, dass heiss dann wohl "Hardware-raid", gell?

Am besten natürlich auch noch "mobil", d.h. heute mal an dem Rechner, morgen man an dem Rechner (innerhalb des Serverraums)

Und wenn das Gerät dann auch noch im sommer Bier kalt halten kann, ... :cool: Ne, IDE-Platten bündeln reicht schon...

also per usb wüsste ich jetzt nichts ..

hab hier noch nen easy raid stehen.. frisst vorne rum bis zu 8 ide platten und spricht hinten rum scsi (uw-160 wenn ich nicht irre).

kann raid-0,1,5

bei interesse pn . momentan dient das ding als staubfänger :D
