Was mir immer noch nicht klar ist, muss man das extra da bescheid sagen, das man Kleingewerbe haben will beim Rathaus? oder sind diese Bezeichnungen auf das Umsatz definiert? bis so und so, ist man Kleingewerbe, usw !?

Kann man eigentlich auch ein Kleingewerbe besitzen, wenn man vom Ausland aus arbeitet?

Bin nämlich ab Jan - Ende Juni im Ausland und hätte eine Aufgabe zu bearbeiten. Die Frage ist halt ob sich ein Kleingewerbe anbietet. Ich möchte halt im Notfall ab Juli ins ALG I fallen und da nicht als (richtiger) Selbständiger zählen...
