Was bekommt man in der Realität so an Ausbildungsvergütung im ersten Jahr wenn man IT-Systemelektroniker lernt?

Das kann man natürlich nicht beantworten - es hängt vom Betrieb ab. Manche zahlen mehr, andere weniger...

Das ist total unterschiedlich..

Erkundige dich auf Startseite - www.arbeitsagentur.de über normale Tarife, bzw. über das durchschnittliche Gehalt.

Du musst aufpassen, dass dein Betrieb nicht zu wenig monatlich bezahlt. Davon abgesehen ist alles andere Glückssache (Weihnachtsgeld, Prämie, Leistungszuschuss, etc. ..).
