Hello,

ich bin systemanlaytiker mit projektleitungsverantwortung und habe vielleicht eine chance auf einen job als it-teamleiter in einem anderen unternehmen (projektleitungsverantwortung, führungsverantwortung, disziplinarverantwortung von ca. 5 programmierern, metallbranche, westen, nrw). wieviel gehalt darf man bei dem neuen arbeitgeber fordern? momentan verdiene ich um die ca. 51.000 euronen. könnten man ca. 70.000 fordern. immerhin ist die verantwortung der neuen stelle deutlich höher. prozentual geht man immer von einer erhöhung von ca. 20% aus. bei meiner forderung wären das satte runde 37%. ist das absolute utopie oder forderbar? die mitarbeiteranzahl des unternehmens ist übrigens > 2000.
