Hallo :)

ich möchte gern in meiner Firma ein Projekt machen und für ein kleines Netzwerk (7 PCs) einen Server einrichten und möchte gern Linux nehmen. Nun bin ich Azb. und wenig mit Linux vertraut. Ich hab mich mal mit FreeBSD beschäftigt, installiert, eingerichtet, nbissl administriert, aber bin halt noch unerfahren auf dem Terrain.

Meine Frage nun: Welche Linux-Distribution eignet sich denn dafür? Ich hab OpenSuSe und Debian zur Auswahl. Ein Freund empfahl mir RedHat.

Dann brauch ich sowas wie das Active Directory in Windows nur eben für Linux. Gibt es da etwas? Und Samba-Server dachte ich auch zu installieren, da in dem Netzwerk 6 Windows-PCs hängen :D

P.S. Ich bitte um Entschuldigung, wenn dies der falsche Bereich ist. Ich bitte dann einen Moderator, den Thread mal zu verschieben.^^
