Ich hab eine Frage es geht um eine Excel die auf dem Server liegt.

Die Exceldatei wurde von einer Person geöffnet, dannach ist sein Computer mit dem Usern "xy" abgestürzt.

Nach dem Neustart kann er die Datei nicht mehr öffnen, dakommt die Fehlermeldung, dass die Datei bereits geöffnet ist vom user "xy" er kann sie bloß schreibgeschützt öffnen. Was kann mam machen das er die Datei wieder normal öffnen kann. Am server kann ich nichts machen.
