Icon Problem - verändern sich!

Hallo,

habe ein Problem mit einem Notebook.

Folgendes Problem:

Die Icons verändern sich....

Desktop: komplette Office Programme, netzwerkumgebung

In der Startleiste sind sie soweit in ordnung bis auf die zuletz Verwendeten Programme.

Außerdem tritt der Icon-Fehler unter Systemsteuerung auf... bei den Icons für

Netzwerkumgebung und fax- und druckergeräte.

Außerdem wenn ich z.b. einen USB-Wechseldatenträger anschliesse, dann wird mir ja das "Autostart" fenster gezeigt wo ich auswählen kann was ich tun möchte... ordner öffnen usw.

auch dort ist dieses ICON-Problem bei ALLEN icons.

Das Icon- besteht aus irgendwelchen komischen zeiten - leider nicht erkennbar was es genau dastellen soll... ziemlich komischer wirrwar.

Hat da jemand ahnung was hier der fehler sein könnte?
