Habe einen Flash Player installiert jedoch habe ich das Problem das auf manchen PCs die Meldung kommt

Wenn ich es darauf installiere kommt die Meldung trotzdem auch wenn ich pc neu boote etc. Bei anderen PCs klappt es wunderbar, mit was kann das zusammen hängen. Explorer,Betriebssystem?
