Salut,

mit 

dom.disable_window_open_feature.location

in about:config kann ich bestimmen, ob die Anzeige der Adresszeile in Popups erzwungen wird - diese ist, wenn erzwungen, aber stets disabled. Das heißt, ich sehe den URL, kann ihn aber nicht ändern.

Gibt es einen Schalter, der mir die Adresszeile editierbar macht - und wie heißt er?

Der Vollständigkeit halber: 

dom.disable_window_open_feature.toolbar

ist der gesuchte Schalter. Damit wird die gesamte Toolbar (Zurück/Vor/Aktualisieren/...) inklusive der (editierbaren) Adressleiste angezeigt :)
