Also Ich habe auf meinem Laptop eine VM laufen (Network:Bridged). Wenn ich mich über WinScp verbinde (SSH) und Datein hochladen möchte dauert das ganz viel zu lange. 80kb pro Sek.

Was könnte hierfür die Ursache sein ? Habt ihr eine Idee ?
