Hallo,

ich würde ganz gern über mein RIS (Remote Installations Server) ein Image von einem XP Client mit diverser Software machen. Dazu fragt mich mein RIS beim anlegen des Images, wo er denn die Installationsdateien des jeweiligen Images finden kann. Sprich entweder von der CD oder von einem Netzwerkpfad.

Von der CD ist es ja kein Problem. Nun möchte ich allerdings einen Netzwerkpfad angeben... weiss aber nicht ganz genau worauf ich verweisen soll. Im moment sieht es wie folgt aus.

Installationsdatei --> " \\ClientPC\c$ " und weiter? :) Wäre schön wenn mir einer sagen könnte wo genau ich denn die Installationsdateien finden kann.

Wie gesagt es handelt sich um ein XP SP2 Client (Server ist 2003)
