Ich suche ein Überwachungssystem für unsere Drucker im Geschäft. Die sind alle via Netzwerk über Printserver ansteuerbar. Jetzt suche ich ein System (oder Plugin für Nagios) was Tonerstand, Papier und Allgemeine Funktionen anzeigt.. bzw. auch Meldungen ausgeben kann wenn es dort ein Problem gibt. Habt ihr da eine empfehlung?

Für einen Hersteller oder für eine ganze Auswahl an Herstellern? Von HP gibt es ein Tool namens Web JetAdmin, das kann auch teils alle relevanten Daten von anderen Herstellern auslesen. Andernfalls könntest du versuchen die Daten per SNMP aus den MIBs auslesen.
