Guten Abend!

folgende Situation:

Ich habe meine Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann erfolgreich abgeschlossen und habe einen Zeitvertrag bis zum 30.09.09 erhalten.

Dieser soll nun bis zum 06.09.11 verlängert werden.

Ist dieser weitere Zeitvertrag rechtens oder kann ich auf eine Beschäftigung auf unbestimmte Zeit bestehen.

Bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Ausbildung dazuzählt.

Schon mal danke im Voraus, falls mir jemand weiterhilft.

Ausbildung =! Angestelltenverhältnis. Das sind zwei grundverschiedene Verträge und haben nichts miteinander zu tun.

Relevant für dich ist das TzBfG, § 14.

Grundlegend: befristete Arbeitsverträge nach einer Ausbildung sind zulässig.
