Hallo Zusammen,

ist jetzt vielleicht ne ganz blöde Frage, aber wie sollte denn ein Projekt strukturiert werden?

Womit fang ich am besten an?

Vielleicht kann mir jemand auch mal ein abgeschlossenes Projekt geben, dass ich mir mal die Doku anschauen kann?

Projektstruktur solltest du in der Schule gelernt haben. :upps

Es gibt verschiedene Varianten, läuft aber immer wieder auf

- Planung

- Durchführung

- Test und Abnahme / Inbetriebnahme

hinaus.

Strukturieren kannst du z.B. durch Projektphasen (diverse Modelle).

Je nach Berufsbild ändern sich Details, im Prinzip sind aber alle Projektstrukturen ähnlich und verwendbar.
