Outlook 2007 stürzt ab

Bei ner Kollegin stürzt immer mal wieder Outlook 2007 ab, erzeugt nen fehler und öffnet sich dann.

im event log von windows steht folgendes:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6514.5000, stamp 4a89dc70, faulting module outlook.exe, version 12.0.6514.5000, stamp 4a89dc70, debug? 0, fault adress 0x00333d6f

hab schon nach gesucht und gegoogelt(ereigniskennung is 1000) aber find einfach keine Lösung.

Wann passiert es? Sporadisch oder bei bestimmten Aktionen?

Sind alle Updates installiert?

Wurde bereits Outlook neu installiert und/oder ein neues Outlook-Profil angelegt?

SP 2 installiert?
