Hi,

wir haben ein AD im Netz 192.168.100.x

Nun würde ich das AD gerne auch im Netz 192.168.200.x für 2 Rechner nutzen, ohne aber den Rechnern im 200.x Netz ein Beinchen im 100.x bzw. dem AD ein beinchen im 200.x Netz zu geben.

Ist das AD Protokoll routbar oder ähnliches?

Active Directory ist kein Protokoll. Bau einfach einen Router, der ein Bein im Netz 192.168.100.x hat, und eines im Netz 192.168.200.x. Der Router routet dir dann den Verkehr zwischen den Netzen. Dann klappt es auch mit dem Rechner im anderen Netz.
