DC Wechsel von 2003 auf 2008, neue CALs nötig?

Servus,

in naher Zukunft will ich unseren bisherigen Win2003 R2 (P)DC im Zuge eine Hardwaretausches auf Win2008 R2 umstellen. Momentan haben wir entsprechende 2003 CALs, sind in Zukunft dann 2008 CALs nötig? In der Domäne sind noch andere 2003 DCs und die Gesamtstruktur wird zunächst auch bei 2003 bleiben, daher bin ich mir nun nicht sicher, ob trotzdem 2008er CALs nötig sind. Weiß da wer Bescheid?

Uns wurde es von Microsoft so erklärt, dass wir mit dem ersten Server den wir auf 2008 hochziehen würden, auch alle CALs hochziehen müssen.

Sprich: 2003er Umgebung mit einem einzigen 2008er Server: Alle CALs müssen auf 2008 angepasst werden.

Alles klar, sowas habe ich mir schon gedacht. Ich habe z.B. schon vier 2008er Server aktiv im Netz, bei überlicherweise ja jeweils fünf CALs dabei sind. Kann man diese CALs dann summieren und diese als 20 CALs werten? Evtl. weiß das ja auch noch wer ;)
