Hallo,

ich soll eine Datenbank unter Acces erstellen hab aber wirklich kein plan wie ich das anstellen soll da ich bisher nur mit Dia gearbeitet habe.

Hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

Aufgabe:

Patient: Name, Adresse, Medikamente, Diagnose, Name, Pat_Nr.(Primärschlüssel)

wird behandelt von

Hausarzt: Name, Adresse, Arzt_Nr.(Primärschlüssel)

Behandlung: Nr., Pat_nr, Methodennr.

Methode: Physiotherapie: schwimmen, gymnastik, Massage

Medikamente: Vitamine, Antibiotika
