mal nur ein Schuss ins Blaue:

Wenn es um Festplatten in einem RAID-Verbund geht, solltest du nach der MIB des RAID-Controllers Ausschau halten.

Oder hast du deine Platten am Dell-Board hängen und per Software-RAID konfiguriert?

Installiere auf dem Dell-Server die Dell-eigenen Management-Tools nach und konfiguriere SNMP Traps sowie den dazugehoerigen SNMP Trap Receiver.

Dann sagt der Server Dir automatisch was ihm fehlt.
