Hallo,

kann ich eigentlich die Produktabbildung einer lizensierten Software, wie Windows Server 2008 in meiner Projektdokumentation als Deckblatt vberwenden, oder muss ich diese zusättzlich lizensieren?

Hi,

nach Urheberrecht ist du eigentlich dazu verpflichtet, den Urheber zu fragen. Allerdings wirst du wohl bis zur Prüfung an der Hotline von Microsoft hängen, bis du da jemanden gefunden hast, der dir verbindlich erklären kann, unter welchen Bedingungen der 3fache Abdruck einer Verpackung einer Software erlaubt wird. :-)

Dann ist natürlich noch die Frage, ob das nicht unter's Zitatrecht fällt ...

Praktische Erfahrung: mach's nicht zu groß und keinen wird's stören.
