Iexplorer ohne Menüs und nur eine Url zulässig machen?

Hallo

wie kann man den IE starten so das man keine Menüs sieht

iexplore -k würde gehen aber per STRG-L kann ich doch noch URLs eingeben.

Oder kann ich den Inhaltsratgeber die Zugelassene Websites per Scrip oder Regschlüssel befüttern?

Geht darum das im Betrieb nur eine INetseite zu sehen sein soll

und ich möchte das nicht per Richtlinie lösen
