Hi erstmal,

ich hab bei nem Kunden folgendes Problem, sobald er Outlook minimiert und dies für ca. 5 Mins oder mehr im Tray lässt, hängt sich Outlook weg. Fehler wird auch mit "Application Hang" im Log dokumentiert.

Office Rep. Install schon gelaufen, nachdem das nichts brachte auch Neuinstallation von Office, ohne Erfolg. Aktuelles SP3 für Office ist installiert, OS ist XP Pro mit SP3.

Als Mailserver steht ein Exchange 2003 zur Verfügung. Ich dachte sonst schon an irgendnen Hardwaredefekt im Bezug auf RAM oder HDD, oder irgendnen Systemfehler vllt, allerdings kann ich den PC schlecht durchchecken weil der Kunde ihn nicht über hat für die Zeit. Irgendwer ne andere Idee worans liegen kann?
