Moin,

ich habe am Mittwoch mein FG und arbeite gerade an meiner Präsi. Es geht da um eine Standortvernetzung von 3 Standorten. Kunde bekommt neue Infrastruktur mit neuer Hardware. Ich habe 4 Zahlen dazu. Ist-Zustand war mit 4521€ Einmal Betrag und 2541€ monatliche Beträge. Der Soll-Zustand ist 3251€ Einmal Betrag und 2012€ monatliche Beträge.

Jetzt würde ich gerne eine Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnung bzw. Break Even Point Berechnung machen aber weiß nicht genau wie. HAt von euch vlt. einer eine Idee?

Der BEP stellt die Gewinnschwelle dar. Da du hier aber keine Kosten und Erlöse hast, kannst du auch keine BEP ermitteln.

Was du allerdings berechnen könntest, ist der Amortisationszeitraum der Investition im SOLL-Zustand. Also den Zeitpunkt, ab dem die Summe der Einsparungen gleich der Summe der Investition sind.

Zeitraum = SOLL-Aufwand / (monatl. IST-Kosten - monatl. SOLL-Kosten)
