Hallo zusammen,

ich hab einen neuen Canon pixma ip4200 Drucker gekauft,der funktioniert einwandfrei wenn ich WORD-Datei drucke. Aber wenn ich versuche pdf datei zu drucken , macht er das nicht..

wisst ihr vielleicht, woran das Problem liegt.

Was heißt "macht er das nicht"? Fängt der gar nicht erst an zu drucken? Kommen nur leere Seiten raus? Vielleicht Hieroglyphen? Welche Software nutzt Du zum Anzeigen und Ausdrucken von PDF-Dokumenten? Ich glaube eher, dass hier die Ursache zu suchen ist, wenn aus Word richtig gedruckt werden kann.
