Hallo liebe Community,

ich hab mal ne Frage.

Meine Aufgabe besteht darum, Eine Funktion zu schreiben, die anhand eines Spaltentrennzeichen alle Zeilen einer Text-Datei Splittet.

Wichtig ist, Spaltentrennzeichen die Zwischen „“ (Texttrennung) liegen, nicht berücksichtigen werden.

Ich hab nur keine Ahnung, wie ich dass Spaltentrennzeichen, welches zwischen Texttrennzeichen vorkommt, ignorieren soll.

Ich habe keine Ahnung von Regülären Ausdrücken oder sowas, generell keine Ahnung in VB.net.

Ich programmiere eigentlich in C#.

Über eine schnelle Antwort würde ich mich sehr freuen.
