Hallo Miteinander,

leider muss ich meinen Projektantrag überarbeiten. Mit einem Kritikpunkt komme ich leider nicht ganz klar. Und zwar soll ich einen QM-Plan und QM-Bericht anfügen. Zu meinen geplanten Dokumentationen gehören schon Testprotokolle. Ist dies nicht das selbe?

Leider habe ich nur schwammige Definitionen zum QM-Plan und Bericht gefunden, die ich schlecht auf mein Gebiet ableiten kann. Kann jemand mir da weiterhelfen wie man dies sinnvoll erstellt?
