Hallo,

wenn man die Prüfung zum Anwendungsentwickler zum 3. mal machen muss (schriftlich und mündlich) muss einen der Betrieb ja nicht mehr weiter beschäftigen.

Wie soll man denn dann ein Projekt durchführen ohne Betrieb, in dem man ein Projekt bekommt?

Das Recht auf Weiterbeschäftigung hat nichts mit der Anzahl der nicht bestandenen Prüfungen, sondern mit der Dauer um die die normale Ausbildungszeit überzogen wird, zu tun:

Abschlussprüfung (Berufsausbildung)

Ohne Betrieb musst du es so versuchen wie diejenige, die die Prüfung als externer versuchen (ohne vorherige Ausbildung) - z.B. im Rahmen eines Praktikums.
