ich habe ein ipc topnote f 210 und habe win98 installiert. jetzt habe ich das problem dass die maus sehr langsam ist und nur langsam reagiert.

Wodran kann das liegen?

ich kann auch den standart ps/2 maustreiber nicht aktualiesieren.

Mit einem TopNote hatte ich schon mal ähnliche Probleme (allerdings mit NT 4.0). Bei dem mußte man zunächst ein BIOS Update durchführen, damit überhaupt irgendwas vernünftig funktionierte.

Des Weiteren war es damals (ich weiß leider nicht mehr was genau das für ein Notebook war) ein recht exotischer Chipsatz, für den man noch spezielle Treiber besorgen mußte (als die FTP-Verbindung zu IPC endlich wieder geklappt hatte...).

Vielleicht hilft´s mal bei IPC nach entsprechenden Updates zu gucken?
