Hallo,

kann mir jemand ein Buch zum Thema Softwarevalidierung empfehlen?

Ich bin demnächst für den Bereich der Softwarevalidierung und Dokumentation in meinem Unternehmen verantwortlich und suche ein Buch für den Einstieg (also die Herangehenweise, Verfahren, usw.), oder auch Software die dabei unterstützt.

Weiterhin soll ich detailierte User-Dokumentationen mit Screen Shots usw. über die Software erstellen. Kennt jemand dazu ebenfalls eine Software die dabei unterstützt. Möchte nicht zig verschiedene Word-Dokumente haben. Außerdem lässt sich dort eine Versionshistorie nicht so schön einbinden.

Wäre nett wenn jemand nen Tip hat.
