Hallo zusammen,

mal wieder ein kleines Problem:

Unsere Anwender können über die Anwenderauthentifizierung in Farbe drucken.

Bei der Einrichtung der Drucker stellen wir dieses Standardmäßig über die Systemsteuerung "Drucker und Faxgeräte" auf Schwarzweiß. Mittlerweile wissen die Anwender jedoch, wo dieses umzustellen ist und diese standardmäßig wieder in Farbe drucken können.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, das man die Standardeinstellung nicht umstellen kann?

Wenn ihr einen Windows Server als Printserver nutzt, dann geht das darüber. Registerlasche Freigabe, Button Standardwerte.
