Moin Forum,

auch bei mir steht mein Abschlussprojekt an.

Mir ist von meiner Firma aus nahe gelegt worden eine Überwachungsumgebung aufzuziehen. Nagios erschien uns da als gute Basis, Icinga insbesondere. Nu hab ich in der ct 24/12 den Artiel über das Icinga-Paket OMD gelesen und bin davon recht angetan, da es einem ja dann doch etwas Fummelarbeit erspart.

Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit Icinga und/oder OMD?

Mir gehts darum, ob OMD irgendwwelche großen Einschränkungen hat bzw. man beim Aufziehen von Hand grundsätzlich mehr lernen würde, als beim Benutzen von OMD. Letzteres ist ja der Grund für die Ausbildung. ;)
