Hallo,

ich versuche vergeblich Propel unter Windows und XAMPP zum laufen zu bekommen.

Wenn ich das Building-Tool Phing installieren möchte, bekomme ich immer dieses Fehlermeldung in der Konsole:

No releases available for package "pear.phing.info/phing" install failed

pear install Log


pear channel-discover pear.phing.info 


pear install phing/phing

Der letzt Befehl schmeißt leider immer einen Fehler.
