Hallo Forum,

ich habe ein Problem mit den Benachrichtigungen von Trend Micro Worry Free.

Ein kleiner Teil unsere User nutzen Fat Clients. Wenn dort ein Verstoß über die gesetzten Richtlinien geschieht werden wird dies entsprechend dokumentiert. Der Großteil unsere User aber greifen über Thin Client auf ein Citrix Terminalserver zu. Wenn dort ein verstoß gegen die Richtlinien geschieht wird nicht der User dokumentiert sondern der Terminal Server selbst. Kann Trend Micro die Verstoße den User auf die auf die Terminal Server nicht einzeln zuordnen?
