Hallo,

ich habe eine Frage zu Windows 2000 (Anwendung Citrix) und Linux (mit Samba).

Werden seitens Windows Locks vorgenommen, wenn Daten auf dem Linux System abgerufen werden?

Hintergrund ist folgender, auf dem Samba liegen Daten, welche von rund 100 Leuten ständig benötigt werden.

Nun ist es so, das durch die Deaktivierung der Oplocks bereits einige Probleme behoben werden konnten.

Als zweite Quelle steht nun Windows in betracht, wenn dieses auf die Samba Freigabe zugreift, das dieser Zugriff ein Lock beinhaltet, sodass andere keinen Zugriff haben.

Hat da jemand eine Idee oder Erfahrung?
