Kein Zugriff mit Toad auf MySQL Datenbank

Hallo,

ich habe vtiger auf nem Linux installiert. Jetzt will ich versuchen, mit "Toad for MySQL" auf außen auf die vtiger Datenbank zuzugreifen.

Dabei bekomme ich aber einen Fehler:

Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts.

D.h. ja, dass er den Host gar ned findet.

MySQL Port 3306 ist auf der Virtuellen Maschine geöffnet laut netstat.

Die VM ist im DNS eingetragen und man kann sie auch per nslookup auflösen.

Wo könnte da Problem liegen?
