Guten Tag zusammen.

Wir haben im CUCM diverse Pick-Up Groups konfiguriert.

Für die IP Phones 7942 brauche ich "nur" die Pick-Up Group auswählen und schon funktioniert die Anrufübernahme ohne Probleme.

Bei dem Modell 9951 erscheinen die Anrufe zum übernehmen nicht visuell auf dem Display....

Hier muss bestimmt extra etwas konfiguriert werden,...könnt ihr mir hierbei weiterhelfen?

Hm. Also die Einstellungen sind hier bei uns fast genauso. 

Wir haben nur noch eine Description & statt nur einem viusellen Signal ebenso eine Akkustisches ausgewählt... :/
