Tach zusammen.

Kann mir jemand von Euch Linux-Spezis/Sendmail-Spezis sagen, ob bzw. wo sendmail ggf. alle Vorgänge protokolliert bzw. wo ich sowas einstellen kann.

Ich habe seit einiger Zeit ein Problem beim Mailversand wenn's um Anhänge geht. Teilweise kommen Mails beim Empfänger nicht an...bei einigen anderen klappt das aber.

Will der Sache nun mal auf den Grund gehen und brauche mal eben einen kleinen "Anstoß" in Sachen sendmail.

Eigentlich sollte das ja alles kein Problem sein und ich glaube auch nicht, daß es am meinem "Hobel" liegt, aber sicher ist sicher.

Standardmäßig wird Sendmail über syslog protokoliert. Bei SuSE landen diese Meldungen in /var/log/mail.

Generiert sendmail eine Fehlermeldung? Das wäre die Email von MAILER-DAEMON? Wenn ja, was steht denn da drin?
