Hi,

ich habe da mal wieder ein Problem :(...

hier kommt eine Mail von einem Außendienstler zurück. Mit folgender Meldung:

552: exceeded storage allocation

Wie kann ich das ändern?Oder für Abhilfe sorgen? :(

Der Außendienstler benutzt Outlook Express... hier im Innendienst werden die Mails dann per Lotus Notes weitergeleitet (Mailaccounts auf Server etc.).

Wie kann ich den Fehler beheben? Muß ich das Konto bei dem Innendienstler, welcher die Mail erhalten sollte, verändern?

Hatte jemand hier den Fehler auch schon einmal?
