Exchange Server 2016 und Zertifikat aber trozdem Fehler?

Moin in die Gruppe.

Mal eine Frage, ich habe einen Exchange Server 2016 installiert und habe auch ein Zertifikat erstellt und diese werden auch als Aktive alle angezeigt. Aber im Browser wenn ich die OWA und auch die Admin Seite also die ECP Seite öffne, wird die Browserliste immer noch Rot (siehe Bild - Unten) angezeigt. Was habe ich falsch gemacht bzw. wodran kann es liegen?

Ist das Zertifikat denn auf den Namen "localhost" ausgestellt? Selbsterstelltes Zertifikat oder ein Zertifikat einer Zertifizierungsstelle?
