Hi!

Wenn man die Prüfung vor Beendigung der Ausbildungszeit macht und besteht, dann ist man ja eigentlich fertig. Wenn ich dann sofort den Betrieb wechsele, werden mir dann die Urlaubstage anteilsmäßig gekürzt?

D.h. ich hab zum Beispiel 18 Tage bis 31.07. wechsele aber schon am 01.07. Bekomme ich dann 2,5 Tage (18 / 7) gestrichen?

Würd mich halt mal interessieren.

Ja, Anspruch hast Du eben nur auf den anteiligen Urlaub bis zum Ausscheiden aus dem Betrieb.

Hast Du den aus Unkenntnis des vorherigen Ausscheidens allerdings schon genommen, kann er nicht zurückgefordert werden.

Und was ist, wenn ich in meinem Betrieb bleibe nach der AP? Bekomme ich dann anteilig Urlaub für die Ausbildungszeit und dann nochmal anteilig wegen dem Arbeitsvertrag (was am Ende dann eh wieder auf 26 Tage rausläuft) oder gibt´s da keine Abgrenzungen?
