Hallo,

ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Software für ein kleines Unternehmen was trackt welcher AD-Benutzer welche Datei auf einem Datenträger, verschoben, bearbeitet oder umbenannt hat.

Wir haben einen Windowsserver 19

Also zbs. "COMPUTER3" hat "Bilanz.word" von "\\ds3\Akten\Geschäftskunden\Auftrag1011" auf "E:\Daten" (USB-Stick oder externe Festplatte) verschoben. 

Hat da wer eine Empfehlung?

Bin nicht so bewandert was Windows angeht explizit AD, aber ich meine das kann man über Gruppenrichtlinien machen. Da gibt es meine ich Auditfunktionen für Dateizugriffe etc. 

Wichtig ist aber bei der ganzen Geschichte, dass das in gewisser Weise eine Arbeitskontrolle darstellt und unbedingt abgeklärt werden muss ob das okay ist.
